When Mei was 18 years old, she left Taipei for Seoul in hopes of becoming a model. She didn't have the qualities to make it mainstream, so she put her dreams on hold and would spend her days at clubs and working as a cam girl to support herself.
One night, she met up with a client who was covered head to toe in tattoos. This completely fascinated Mei. The guy told her about every piece of art he had on his body and it sparked a new craving for her.
She started with small, simple designs on her upper arm, as they were easily concealable and she had recently started working a daytime job in a restaurant. Her collection only grew from there, amassing 40+ pieces of art on the canvas that is her body.
Having finally saved up enough money, Mei decided to enroll in university. Initially she wanted to teach Sex education so that she could provide young people with the information she wasn't fortunate enough to receive. However, one night as she was stargazing, she spotted a young child and their mother and fell in love with the innocence the child held. This moment, made her switch from Sex Education to Early Childhood Education.
Her main goal in life to change some else's for the better.

Mei was born in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan to teen parents. Her parents split before she was born, so she was raised by her paternal grandparents.
Mei never met her biological mother, and the only 'mom' she knows is her grandmother.
When Mei was 18 years old, she left Taipei for Seoul in hopes of becoming a model. She didn't have the qualities to make it mainstream, so she put her dreams on hold and would spend her days as a barista and working as a cam girl after hours to support herself and save up and move her and her grandma to the states.
